Jealous Gloaming

The Gloaming is that period between dawn and morning, dusk and night. Personified as a half-thing, what if she became jealous of all the attention received by night and day? Perhaps, using her hair, she could strain against time, barring dark from bright, so that her time with us could last a bit longer.
