This is a print of a silhouetted fairy carrying a real four-leaf clover, about to walk off a cliff.

Badluck Fae

11×8.5 print available here.

This fairy proves that lucky clovers aren’t always lucky: her moth-eaten wings are a testament to her ragged talisman, and if she doesn’t look where she’s going, she’s gonna fall right off that cliff!

My dark fairies (I call them DemonFae) plagued me for two years. Every time I tried to paint something else, there they were, chittering in my studio, each one insisting I paint her portrait before her sisters’. When they learned that my superpower is finding 4-leaf clovers, some of the fairies badgered me into collaging magic clovers into their paintings.
