This is a watercolor painting of a centaur-inspired creature frolicking with disembodied hands.

Unpied Piper

Original painting available, watercolor on paper, 18×22″, framed, $1800

11×14″ print available here.

This painting is a sister piece to “Exuberance”. We all march to different drummers, and some music is stranger than others. The hands here are musical notes, the centaur dances with the music.

While this piece is not a Quoilyn (those eyeless, grinning creatures which show up in several of my paintings, and are embodiments of greed, avarice and lust), you can see my predilection for interchangeable and reversed limbs!
